My wife and I moved here for family, seeking the best schools, great neighbors, and a sense of community. This is our long-term home, and I'm deeply invested in ensuring a positive and prosperous future for Brecksville.
Better Communication With Residents
Brecksville is an amazing city with top-notch services and amenities. However, there is room for improvement in how the city communicates with residents. Enhancing the website, implementing easy opt-in/opt-out emails, more widely broadcasting city meetings, developing a cross functional city calendar and creating a city services packet that could be provided to residents would ensure residents have accessible information in their preferred format. Proactive communication enhances the city without increasing taxpayer costs and also attracts prosperous businesses. Streamlining ways for residents to submit ideas or thoughts can also improve how the city runs and reacts to needs.
Preserving Brecksville
Brecksville is one of Ohio's safest cities. I am dedicated to maintaining this status by supporting our outstanding city personnel. I love the friendly neighborhood feel Brecksville offers and believe that preserving that deserves to be a priority of our elected officials as they handle the affairs of the city. With new developments coming, especially Valor Acres, we need to make sure that we cultivate a welcoming atmosphere, as these attractions will draw in a wide cross-section of folks from within and outside the community.
